ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Flooring Field Technician II is responsible for the customer satisfaction of our builders and homeowners through repairs/warranty work.

• Follows and enables a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life.
• Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
• Acts as customer advocate with a focus on customer complete satisfaction.
• Works with Field Super team to complete repairs prior to home closing.
• Works with customer service team to complete service/warranty work in a timely manner.
• Communicates with homeowners/builder reps next steps.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Deep understanding of flooring installation and the homebuilding/remodeling industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of flooring installation experience and/or training
• Ability to be licensed and insured to drive company vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Suite, and Google Calendar.
• Excellent communication skills.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
This position is field based and at times can be in homes in the process of being built, without air conditioning.

This position requires a valid Arizona driver's license. Company truck and gas card provided for driving between job sites.
