​​Role and Responsibilities​ 

The Field Superintendent provides leadership and coordination to contractors, technicians, and inspectors, while maintaining a safe work environment.  They oversee our trade installations while ensuring the Arizona Appliance and Home brand is synonymous with excellent quality and service. 

• Follow and enable a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life. 
• Act as the main point of communication between the field and the office. 
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and trade sub-contractors. 
• Accomplishing trade installation by defining the scope and resources required. 
• Ensure job requirements (budget and schedule) are met. 
• Monitor, inspect and report on ongoing construction. 
• Drive safety and quality initiatives. 
• Inspection and diagnostics of all installation issues. 
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes when necessary. 
• Responsible for timely completion of all necessary data points in compliance with Arizona Appliance and Home policy. 

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​ 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
• Must have a valid driver’s license 
• Minimum of 2 years construction experience and or training 
• Fundamental PC skills, especially knowledgeable in Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word. 
• Excellent organizational, time-management and decision-making skills 
• World class communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences 
• The ability to learn and maintain knowledge of all available products used by the company as it relates to product installation.

​​Additional Notes​ 

The Field Supervisor role maintains a portfolio of job sites, that requires daily travel to and from job sites.  A company vehicle and gas card are provided.  Field Supervisors must maintain a clean driving record, with annual inspections.
