Overview

Role and Responsibilities

The Cabinet Field Superintendent provides leadership and communication to contractors, technicians, and inspectors, while maintaining a safe work environment.  They oversee our trade installations while ensuring the Arizona Appliance and Home brand is synonymous with excellent quality and service.

 

·       Follow and enable a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life.

·       Act as the main point of communication between the field and the administrative/sales team.

·       Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and trade sub-contractors.

·       Accomplishing trade installation by defining the scope and resources required.

·       Ensure job requirements (budget and schedule) are met.

·       Monitor, inspect and report on ongoing construction.

·       Drive safety and quality initiatives.

·       Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes when necessary.

·       Inspection and diagnostics of all installation issues.

·       Responsible for timely completion of all necessary data points in compliance with Arizona Appliance and Home policy.

·       Ability to read layouts and blueprints.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·       High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Ability to be licensed and insured to drive company vehicles.

·       Minimum of 5 years of cabinet installation experience and or training.

·       Fundamental PC skills, especially knowledgeable in Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word.

·       Excellent organizational, time-management and decision-making skills.

·       World class communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences.

·       The ability to learn and maintain knowledge of all available products used by the company as it relates to product installation.

Preferred Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Additional Notes

The Field Superintendent role maintains a portfolio of job sites, that requires daily travel to and from job sites.  A company vehicle and gas card are provided.  Field Superintendents must maintain a clean driving record, with annual inspections.
